We have a number of options when it comes to payment

At Duncan Dental we do not want you to feel stressed about paying for your dental treatments and we are happy to discuss the following number of payment options with you.

• Southern Cross ( Easy – Claim) – If you are a Southern Cross member you will be able to access our Southern Cross easy – claim service. Just  provide our receptionist with your membership card on your arrival so that we can record your number.
• Work and Income benefit WINZ can help to pay for urgent dental treatment up to the value of $300, if you meet the criteria of a low income, are on benefit, a pensioner or on a student allowance. If you require essential dental treatment that costs more we can provide a quote to support your application for government support.
• Accident Compensation Corporation (ACC) - this is the government agency that compensates individuals who have sustained injuries through accidents, including dental injuries. We can provide quotations for proposed treatments and support completion of your ACC claim form.
• Dental Benefit Scheme (DBs) - School students from Year 9 until the age of 18 are entitled to free dental treatment.
  
  School Dental Benefits (SDBs) - children aged 0 to Year 8 are covered under this scheme and seen by school dental clinics, if they are unable to complete treatment you will be referred to us for treatment.
• Orthodontic treatment - these payments can be spread over the duration of the treatment which can 18-24 months
